USA Registration
Registration in the US will allow you to obtain the Brand Registry on Amazon.com. Please see the details and requirements below. You will be able to file for Brand Registry enrollment within 7 days of our office filing your trademark application.
Timeline and Process:- The registration process of the trademark typically takes about 12 months.
- The trademark registration covers the US only.
- A trademark covers a specific category (for example, clothing). Within the category, we will have to prepare a list of the specific products you are selling (for example: shirts, socks, footwear, etc).
- Before we start the process, we will conduct a basic search and will advise if we believe that a registration can be obtained. This search is included in our application cost.

- Amazon’s Brand Registry: Amazon currently allows applicants to enroll in the Brand Registry about a week after the trademark was filed with the USPTO, provided that the trademark is used on the product or the packaging. We cannot guarantee that the Brand Registry will be approved since this is entirely at Amazon’s discretion. However, we have assisted hundreds of applicants in their successful enrollment in Brand Registry.
EU Registration
- The registration in the European Union covers all 27 EU states (excluding the UK). The process takes around 4-7 months if there are no office actions or oppositions.
- The trademark registration covers the EU only.
- A trademark covers a specific category (for example, clothing). Within the category, we will have to prepare a list of the specific products you are selling (for example: shirts, socks, footwear, etc).
Israel Registration
- The registration process in Israel takes around 12-18 months if there are no office actions or opposition.
- The registration timeframe can be shortened to approximately 4-5 months by filing a request to expedite the examination.
- The trademark registration covers Israel only.
- A trademark covers a specific category (for example, clothing). Within the category, we will have to prepare a list of the specific products you are selling (for example: shirts, socks, footwear, etc).
UK Registration
- The registration process in the UK takes around 4-6 months if there are no office actions or opposition.
- The trademark registration covers the UK only.
- A trademark covers a specific category (for example, clothing). Within the category, we will have to prepare a list of the specific products you are selling (for example: shirts, socks, footwear, etc).
China Registration
- The registration process in China takes around 12-18 months (provided that there are no office actions or oppositions).
- The trademark registration covers China only.

- The US Trademark Office charges a $350 filing fee per category.
- We charge a flat fee of $660 for one category and $175 for each additional category. This fee includes:
- An availability search. Each additional search beyond the first will be $175.
- The filing.
- Responding to non-substantial objections raised by the USPTO Examiner.
- Completing the registration.
Our fee does not include:- Responses to complex objections raised by the Examiner.
- Statement of Use - required for categories in which you have not started selling your products. An additional charge of $250 per category will apply if we file before you start selling.
- Third-party oppositions.
The total cost for filing one trademark application in one class in the US is $1010.
